I believe that Stan is a salesman for the company we bought ours through. We actually bought our dryer from the main guy at the dealership where Stan works. I do know Stan though and he is a good, honest guy. He seems to know his stuff on dryers. If you buy through Stan I know you will be happy with the service you receive, we certainly have been.
