Subject: NAT Official Press Release

This notice was made on Twitter a while ago but not on NAT. Dawn is pleased to announce we have entered into agreement with Charles and Dominic Martin to produce their ingenious, patent pending, cover crop roller/row cleaner design. We expect to have this product on the market, at least for a limited group of planter models, for Spring 2014. We will be announcing pricing as soon as we have a production design in place. NAT readers will be the first to know. This product will fit in well with our existing FX series of hydraulic planter attachments, and we think it will also work nicely in corn and wheat stubble. I would like to publicly thank the Martins for choosing to partner with Dawn on this project.

From a broader perspective we intend to make a variety of products directed towards farmers interested in cover crops and other high residue systems. We really think that the agriculture of the 21rst century will bring increased productivity and profitability not just through man's triumph over nature, but through an increased understanding of the complexity of soil health. Cover crops can also be great passive risk management tools. I was basically a child 10 years ago when I left college and got into the business. One of the first things Jim wanted me to do was meet Dwayne Beck and tour the Dakota Lakes Research farm. Cover crops have been in the back of my mind ever since. We are just really excited to be developing products specifically for this market segment. Thanks
