SE Nebraska | IMO They are a good efficient motor. Parts and repairs will be cheaper than the cat. It will seem less responsive than the mechanical cat, due to lag between withthe electronic controls. Will definitely be more efficient. I have one in my truck and I can average 5.5 mpg grossing 86000# easily. When you are up to road speed try to run in cruise as much as possible because the motor will run at 430 hp vs. 470 hp and this will help with economy as well. | |
