Yes, the hardware can. But the accuracy will all depend upon the correction source used. The lower end sources will have some jumps. Most will occur when the system picks up and drops different satellites. In most cases, Omnistar HP will keep you well with in 4-6 inch pass to pass all day. Omnistar XP will come close, but not all the time. Waas will not do it. And of course RTK will have no problems doing it.
