Subject: RE: ? on the suspensions

Wi

John..neAR - 7/4/2006 05:57 Is the 200 what is also call an "8 bag suspension" or do the others also have 8 bags. Thanks and have a good 4th, John "

The only Kenworth suspension that isnt 8 bag is the AG380. That suspension is the pete aflex air.AG100 has round hoops that run to the teunion.AG200 Has triangular like pieces. AG400/AG460 hqve large flat bars.

T800s work a little better for rugged use than the T600s. T800s also have higher resale. W900s are even higher yet.

The cabs are narrower on them and I as well as others like that. Much easier to see what your doing, stays warmer and cooler faster as well. Cozy as well and encourages people to clean their trash out.

KW's are tight trucks. Parts are very easy to come by and the truck will always be worth something

We have a C13 430hp in our 07 T600, an N14 435hp in our 96 T800 and a series 60 470hp in our freightshaker. All seem to Pull the same just differently  . The C13 ACERT pulls hard at 1300-1500 . Its geared for the road though with a 13spd and 3.36 rears which puts it at 1400rpm@70mph. We only haul milk with that truck . The N14 just has a feed mixer mounted to it but its rpm range is a little higher however it doeant seem to have the "torque rise feel" that the cat has. That truck has a 15od and 3.70s. The detroit is the most boring. Doesnt seem to care what rpm range you drive it in . It has a 13 as well but has 4.11s
