yep on the hydraulics. I still get messed up when I go from the old 64 4020 where forward is up,and every other tractor has the valves rigged so to the rear is up.. If I reverse the hoses on the 4020,then the locking valves do not work.
I have done both on the automatic and manual equipped pickups. Have stepped down the "clutch " in the automatic rig and smoked all 4 tires . and have let the manual trans pickup "idle in drive" as I approch a stop untill the engine stalls.
