| Suppose a EZ-Guide 500 is purchased, and unlocked to Omni* level. (licensed.) What would happen under the following situations:
1. EZ-Guide is ruined/destroyed due to fault of the user. Does the unlock license die with the unit?
2. User buys a second EZ-Guide 500. Can the 'unlock' be transferred to the new unit and the original unit re-locked?
Since the unlocking is simply a license, is that license now the property of the purchaser, to use (single use) on multiple units (one unit at a time), or does that license (unlock fee) die with the unit?
If one unlocks an EZ-Guide Plus, then upgrades to a EZ-Guide 500, can he re-lock the Plus, and transfer the unlock license to the 500? | |
