Lapel, In | I know of some farmers who have covered their seed needs and can go either way since they have overbooked. Quite a few others have already put their fertilizer on their fields, planning to plant corn and will stick with their usual rotation. So the final mix might only be known in early June. Who knows at this point ? Plug in a very wet and very late spring which we haven't had a in a very, very long time and we will have total chaos in both corn +++++++ and soybeans -------. One of those springs when the weeds got 8 feet tall by the end of May and nothing planted. I pray that not happen. There is a lot that can happen before the crop is planted. | |
