Seems like I recall a case quite a few years ago where they had a problem. A trading firm had some hankypanky going on where they knew that a client had placed a fairly decent sized buy order and the traders executing the trade would go in ahead of it and position themselves to take advantage of it. Don't know what happened but I doubt the traders were still employed there after that.
