Subject: Re: apex maps?

Open up apex, top of the screen will be the menu bar, hit the button that says maps with the green shape. When the screen switches on the left you will have the client break down. Hit the plus sign next to the client you want, that will then display all the farms that were created or unloaded for that particular client. When you have decided the farm you want to look at, hit the plus sign. This will then drop down all the fields associated with that farm. Example you have an 80 acre field split in two pieces by a dredge ditch or river, each side will be listed by a different name, say east half and west half.
Decide which one you want to view, hit the plus sign next to it. It will then display the years of data you have, select the year and hit the plus sign next to the year. It will then drop down all the recorded operations you have for that year, for that farm, for that field. I.E. harvest, planting, spraying, plowing...
Say you want harvest, select the plus sign next to it. It will then drop down the map names: Yield points, moisture points, countour, etc... Say you want yield points, click now on yield points, rather than the plus sign. Yu will need to click it twice for it to then bring up the color map in the right window of apex's window.
