| Apex 2.0 full release is now available. If you didn't get a apex 2.0 beta version in the test period. You should have the full version DVD mailed to you if you activated your older apex software.
As for backing up your apex, I would create a folder on your desktop and have that be the destination of all future back ups. Inside the folder you can create new folders and label them the date you ran the backup that is within for easier managment.
Try apex 2.0, it is a lot better than 1.5
I would highly recommend storing the backup on a USB thum drive to avoid loss of the backup due to a power surge, computer failure. Plus those with kids know what damage they can cause. Apex 2.0's backup files are more compact and smaller in memory space. One can pick up a multi gig thumb drive for cheap at any office supply store.
