Looking at new building cash flows lately there is little room for error. Basically without manure credits, they do not cash flow, even at 12 years of financing. If you need to draw a wage out of them, you're out of luck. 5-10 years ago was the time to build. Maybe if the dollar rebounds, they will look better in a few years. For now, I think I'd sit on the sidelines.
