Subject: RE: Hog Buildings and other ramblings

Nevada, Iowa
I have not researched it but I have thought about it too. The fertilizer advantage holds huge promise. And I know that they virtually control the product from conception to consumption but this has got to put a squeeze on even those parameters. I am hearing of huge sow liquidation stories and this can't all come from independant producers 'cause there simply aren't that many left. Something has got to give. It will be interesting to see if corn goes to 6, how many contracts will be avaiable 8 mos. from now and if they still read 40 per pig space per year. More rambling, sorry.
