I think we'll see higher than 5 dollar corn. Past record was $5.48 futures, July 15, 1996. Believe great demand will be with us for quite some time. What else do you need to know?
Global Warming will be of great concern for several years? Yes
Politicians of both parties will continue to back ethanol? Yes
Ethanol demand will continue to increase for several years? Yes
Biodiesel could start booming? Yes
Ethanol production will become much more efficient? Yes
I welcome both positive additions to the above AND negative possibilities.
$6.00 corn, maybe more.
