Centre county Pennsylvania, USA | E-85, or even E-20, is not available at any price here in northeast USA, but millions of nor-eastern folks (including me) sure want it, at any price. I am hopeful that we can get it in a few years, at any price. I don't think economy of E-85 is the issue here. If it was, I (and millions of my nor-eastern neighbors) wouldn't be driving 13 MPG SUV's and pickups. I believe what we want is renewable home grown fuel for those machines, ASAP.
