Alberta, Canada | This morning I looked it over comparing one side to another......everything looked about the same for adjustments and wear. Then when I was greasing the other baler I compared it to the one in question. The twine disc had worn a fair bit over time I noticed. I had a spare in the shop so I put in it ,adjusted the tension and set the twine disc timing again etc.
Well today the baler was going for 2 hrs straight with no troubles! So I guess whatever I did fixed the problem. If it works good now for the season in the off season I'm going to replace the other twine disc and some other parts as its done a zillion knots! | |
