The other posibility is that when you go through a heavy spot, the forks will push more hay to one side of the chamber. This results in more tension on one side of the bale and the knot will slip before it is completely tied. You can either slow way down when you get to heavy hay, or try changing the fork position so that the hay goes more to the other side of the bale. | |
