I agree the Korean cars used to be poor. When Hyundai started selling cars in this country they were ranked down with the Yugo as far as reliability. But the '06 Sonata is a completely redesigned car. They put the 100,000 mile warranty on them to try to live down their previous reputation. The car magazines are ranking them up with Toyota and Honda now.
