If you are talking about the notill setup with a coulter cart in front,it is a heavy unit and stopping with a 3/4 ton will be possible problems.I deliver one like that just within the county for the Soil and Water Conservation district and it is a load. As mentioned above you will need a long 7/8 bolt to go through the hitch on your truck and secure the bushing that fits the ball joint of the drill hitch to the bracket that gets bolted to the tractor drawbar. The bracket won't fit. You will need to tighten the stops that prevent sway between the notill unit and the drill because if it starts swaying it will take you off the road quickly. For 100 miles, I would definately take it apart and put it on a trailor.
