I would say a lot of it ran off. All the ditches are opened up and everything is flowing. There was never near enough moisture around to get the river levels they have been claiming for months.
Tiling contractor said there is 6-8" of soft ground then froze below that (or it was Monday) This was a little NE of Fargo.
