It is far more than making hoses to connect to the steering valve! Generally speaking, most tractors use the same Trimble supplied valve. Quadtracs don't and the guidance ready' machines don't as they are already built in. Where the difference lies is what other valves to add. Counterbalance, pilot to shift etc...

Platform kits generally consist of the required valves, steering sensor, cabling and the smaller brackets. You then add on the roof brackets and hydraulic hoses as required which are also supplied by Trimble.

During the calibration procedure a tractor is selected which contains the settings for individual machines. Some are pre-set and cannot be altered, others are entered by the person calibrating the machine and are stored.
