Sunoptra gets asked this a lot in the shows I attend, they generally say its not a big deal, as the 2 fields typically pollinate at different times, and the end rows are often enough buffer - I'd say they are thinking 80 feet there - to make it all work out fine.
If you can work with the neighbor enough to stagger the planting time or maturity of the corn so as to not be pollinating at the same time, would work well.
