YES, Leave them on if you can, I found out fingers are indispensable. I can only count to eight now with out taking my shoes off. Yes it was a freak accident, but had the proper shield been in place I wouldn't have been hurt at all. Also my medical bills to reconstruct what's left of my right hand is well over $200,000.00 now, Insurance only pays about 80% so I'm still out $40,000.00. So think twice about what can happen if you trip or stumble into a moving chain, belt or shaft. Ted CenOH | |
