Central Nebraska | I spent some time on the phone with the dealer today and we made some progress. One of the qualifiers for the Auto MFWD to work is that the steering angle sensor must be less than 3 degrees. When I turn the steering wheels approximately 10 degrees to the right the front and rear differential engage. When I turn it to the center or left it does not come on.
The dealer is coming out on Monday to take a look at it. According to the manual there are different angles that can be programmed by the dealer (page 4-39 under Auto MFWD with hitch). Will this be something as simple as a calibration or is it a sensor change? | |
