the Ag132 has two ports. on port B put the PSO lightbar and connect port A to the Insight. Configure Port B to be LBAR IN and OUT at 38.4kbaud 8N1 (I'm guessing on the 8N1) If the Insight allows communication to the Ag132 then you should be good to go. You will still probably wish to use the PSO keypad for setting A and B points.
