I would first plan on matching the drill to the tractor that you intend to use.
On flat ground you might pull a 15' GP no-till drill with as little as 100 hp. If you have hills I would plan on using a tractor with at least 120 hp.
While I've never used the 20' model I would venture to guess that it would take about 20% more hp to pull it than a 15' would require.
