Subject: RE: CIH 955/interplant vs. CIH 5500 soybean special

Ontario, Canada
We've run a 955 SRC planter on a 6100 coulter cart for 6 or 7 years now and just love it. We run three coulters ahead of the opener for notill corn and one for beans. We plant two 15" bean rows between 30" corn rows and have never had a problem with root balls or trash of any kind. The two large seed hoppers are a treat espscially when cleanout time comes. We also did a bit of 15" corn this year, something I wouldn't try with a drill.
