Mike,
When it comes to using biodiesel in older engines, I would definitely recommend switching seals and hoses out that have not been replaced within the past 8 years or so. Older rubber seals are known to dissolve when using a purer biodiesel. You should replace them with Teflon-coated or neoprene seals. Do not use any kind of rubber.
