I have never heard that, and I believe it is not true.
I suggest going to their website and looking at the traits.
I did, and what I see is that Herculux are all LL.
Where you have a RR trait combined with a Corn Borer trait, it is the YieldGuard trait. But not all RR varieties have YieldGuard in them - some do and some don't.
