Montana | Haven't put up any new bins in a long time and now getting back into it things don't seem right. Just got a quote right at $1/bushel ($7,000 total) to just erect a Sukup 24' diameter, 5 ring bin, stirator, stairs, fan (7.5 hp), heater. Seems a bit high.... thoughts? Total bin cost - materials, erection, concrete, electrical is around $4.2/bu. Again, seems way high. Thoughts?
I cannot find the weight of this bin online to see $/lb for installation - any rules of thumb? How about for stirator, how to price instillation? - A Sukup rep told me something like $30 per foot of diameter or radius. Any help is greatly appreciated.
