NEWTON, IL (SE IL.) | There has been some weird stuff happen that is hard to pinpoint. I know the rep you're talking about, & I believe he'll eventually get you straightened out. Factory support could be better, I agree. Although sometimes a new problem pops up, & has to be solved. Maybe yours is one of those new problems. When dealing with electronics & GPS it seems like the glitches are too common.
Try to be patient with it, & really believe they'll get it figured out.
By the way, other brands have their share of troubles too.
