Nth New South Wales Australia
Now Ham I have to ask you are those breaks happening now with the 755lb combination or the lighter cultivator shanks. We have a Concept 2000 that has done 20,000 acres /year since 1998 and I'm yet to break a shank. We run on 15 inch spacings so when cultivating with this machine 18 inch sweeps are used, that should test the shanks somewhat. All planting is done with Keech adaptors and tyne mounted presswheels and it has done a lot of moisture seeking.
Mike.
