| I never have anything on a jump drive that I can't replace. I guess that might be why I've not had any issues with PNY. I've had good luck with most Lexars, but then ran into some that wanted to install utilities for me. If I needed to go into Stapes and in 30 seconds pick up a drive that I thought I would be happy with, PNY, so far, is the only brand that I've not seen install utilities. And that's my highest priority. I'm not sure if you find out that other drives install utilities by reading the box or not. But I'm normally handed one at a customer conference or training session, and I don't know enough about model numbers to ever be sure if I have to expect utilities, or not. | |
