Subject: Re: Apache vs Rogator high clearance sprayers

Monroe Oregon
I never have ran a Rogator, but did operate a Apache and wasn't very inpressed. I think they are light on the front, and if you have any steep hills you'll have to add some weight or use the steering brakes to steer. I operate a custom app. bussiness in the Willamette Valley of Oregon covering 50K acres a year with two Willmar sprayers. Mostly grasseed and a few vegtable crops. I like the Willmars for our area since we will get anywhere from 50"-80" of rain a year. They have been a depenable sprayer with little or no down time as long as you maintain them. I wouldn't just settle on those two lines. The market right now is flooded with good used sprayers of all makes. Don't know where your @. So take a good look around for good support and parts to help make a descicion.

Hope that helped,
Chris (willmarman)
