We repainted a couple of Parkers a few years ago. We used a brush grinder to go over the old paint and rusty spots. Then we blew it off with an air hose.
We bought the paint from Parker, to get the right color. They said that if we'd buy Parker paint, they'd throw in the new decals, and they did.
