No, the Pro600 can't control JD autoguidance.
As CB said, you'll export GPS to the Pro600 from the DE9 connector. You can take the GPS either into the Pro600 tractor harness (5-pin Metripack connector) or directly into the display itself (DE9 on the bottom of the Pro600). To use the DE9 on the display, you'll need to be running v16 software or higher in the display.
