Where Lewis and Clark finished the rum
Looks like you might be a row crop fella, as might be GoodsonFarms in Id. I am not, but have been doing some listening to the the strip till guys on here who seem to need RTK for repeatability of rows and placing seed right over fert etc. But if you are NOT doing strip till, maybe other row croppers can answer if one really needs RTK. AND if you do, might there be an RTK network in your area that you could subscribe to? We are "broadacre" guys - mostly wheat on 12" spacing, but I gotta tell ya, a little foam wheel slapped up against a steering wheel (EZSteer) does amazing things - even with my old 1964 Dodge 1.5T 4x4 truck (sprayer) and '83 Versatile 900II, with just WAAS. I hear that EZGuide500 can do HP and maybe even RTK. The update on the 500 is 10x the EZGuide+, so should be a pretty good improvement.
