If your 7430 is "Autotrac Ready" your best bet would be with a Deere system. You can get a touchscreen GS2 and SF2 Autotrac software (+/- 4 inches but usually I've seen in more in the 2" range) for a little under $17000.

Why invest in a JD tractor that is Autotrac Ready and not put a Deere system on?

Trimble and AutoFarm can both utilize that John Deere EH control valve. Therefore, one is not required to have any more equipment to have a Trimble or AutoFarm system versus having a John Deere system.
