did mine this fall, unbolt the dividers and let them rest against the back of the corn head. (took off an put back by myself) I then used a 2 jaw puller (fairly small one) to pull the gears; put anti-seize on the shaft, then put the new gears on. new ones should come with new dust cap and spacer ring...
