As others posted - why are you leaving your full time job?
Not being critical - but, from the out side looking into the limited and little info you give, Is it possible to partner with your father and still hold on to your full time job ? Is there flexability in your full time job to work with the farm?
That full time job will buy you more then you think .  ..
Keep in mind - these prices and returns will not last forever. It could be all down hill from here on out, for grain prices and could be all up hill, with expenses . . . ..
