I'm going to assume that 60k + truck + vaca means the BTO pays the bills from the office and you do all the work.
What does it matter where the boss goes and does ? Your getting paid big bucks to do a job , if he is paying 60k I will bet you wont be working alone , problem with some people they think they are not expendable. Things are sometimes differnt when you have become a bto , looks like they stay pretty busy themselves doing other more important task than sitting on a tractor or even a combine.I have seen people who cant work without having another around, they usually whinning about something too, never understood that .Looks to me if you got paid 50 to 60 k for working on a farm you better be very talented and a very hard working, highly productive part of the business . God bless those who feed so many.
