Kentucky | I'm posting a link that is getting a lot of attention, namely that wheat today is nothing like the wheat of yesteryear. I'm asking for help in addressing this issue and getting to where the truth really lies [not that truth "lies" q:) ]. I have explained to some when questioned about wheat being some present day gmo "frankenstein" crop that wheat for the most part is not gmo and bred from the genetic lines that existed in their "grandma's day". I'm sure that there is at least some truth in this article, but I'm looking for what isn't said and a little more substance.
As always, thanks for the help.
