Back up. I guess my float is between 273 and 280. I was thinking Thursday at work that all I'd had in 12 hours was a sandwich and 3 cups of coffee. That is probably more representative of my standard night that I care to admit. At that rate I'm going to have kidney stones too. These posts do seem to help keep it at the front of the mind a little better than nothing. Old habits are hard to break but I know they can be.
