I am just coming up on 12 months sense my diagnosis with Stage 2C Testicular Cancer. I had an orchiectomy followed by chemotherapy. It certainly wasn't a picnic, but I tolerated it fairly well - no nausea etc.., and managed to work through most of it (office job).
As others have said, TC is nothing to mess with. It is very treatable (especially in the earlier stages), but a very aggressive cancer and most young men (like myself) tend to ignore the signs.
