roaming | yes, you can use Case IH autoguidance on a self-propelled (Patriot) sprayer. Guidance software is for a vehicle, so you have guidance for a tractor, for a combine, for a SP sprayer, etc. With a PT sprayer, your guidance is built for the tractor, not the sprayer itself. If you're not using tractor software (because you're making a build-your-own section control system as described by JHEnt above), then you won't have guidance, because the only guidance available will be for the sprayer vehicle software, but that won't work well for a tractor because the vehicle dynamics are completely different. | |
