SWOH | My brother went through these kinds of things with his ex for awhile and he took the high road for the most part and eventually she got bored with trying to push his buttons and getting no reaction so she stopped and they can actually have a somewhat functional conversation now. I think most people that see or hear somebody making comments about their ex spouse don't put a lot of weight into what was said. It would make me mad though if I were in your shoes, but I'd let it slide. You're son probably would rather not have the extra drama, he just lost his dog. She doesn't sound all that mature to begin with...I wouldn't drag myself into that. | |
