That was a NILES WELDING Ditcher.. KEMBALS CREATIVE WELDING is now making them, I bought a new 1 last spring for aprx $7500. Kinda well built, can stop a 25,000# tractor if not going too fast. They don't fall apart real easy..... Heard about 1 that did, fellow dropped it on a cattle gaurd @20&mph. Kinda made a mess.
