I think there were a few of the big gas tractors or even a steam tractor that had power steering.  And actually you need to define power steering a little more because power steering when first out were more like power assist still with mechanical linkage to the front axle unlike the JD 4010/3010. 



True but that's like saying modern vehicles don't have actual power steering - My first car was mechanical linkage, no PS at all - and you definitely noticed it. I say it counts either way.
