Finland, up there in north where noboby farms!		I'll find it interesting how French tax system forces build and use small hp cars. Even C6 is pretty low hp for its class, altought I would say it is plenty. 2CV and Dauphine was designed for different enviroment than American cars, both serving the needs and desires people had. On todays consumer it sure makes sence to mesure how much CO2 car will produce / km.

Drove 2CV fron Seattle down to CA once. They are slow but not that slow. There is other slow cars on the road too........
