The grinder arrived yesterday and my dad ground up some wheat we had cleaned for seed. Probable 11-12% pro spring wheat. I used a recipe a poster named John recommended from Wheat Montana. The first try didn't turn out too bad. I would like to make it sweeter next time. Any advice on that. I will see if I can attach a photo on my tablet.
